F0313 Bios Failed power-on self test

Hey all,

Any input would be appreciated with this one. I'm wondering if it's just a major hardware failure that is causing the Bios to not finish post or if its possibly a firmware bug.

Please see the attached.

Thank you for your time!

Hello,

What model of server is this? What firmware version is it running? Was it working before and just stopped booting or has this never worked as expected?

Need a little bit more information on the setup to determine one way or another if its hardware failure.

Wes

Hi,

Its a UCS Mini with 2 x 6324s running 3.1.1g firmware packs. The blades are B200-M4 with 2690 V3s.

The blades worked before in lab but are having issues after being sent to the DC.

If you go to the general tab on the server, under Actions, there should be a "POST results" button that could provide further information.

Is the behavior consistent after decommissioning and re-acking the server? Is this the only server having the problem?

You should be able to launch the KVM and see if any outputs are displayed. Otherwise, I would suggest opening a TAC case for further investigation.

Wes
