As Philip notes, it's automatic unless you have redundant paths and you want to explicitly control what links are blocked or not.

Likewise, depending how you've changed your topology, you might want to relocate your root (and/or secondary) bridge placement (or set it if not already explicitly set).

Thank you to both of you guys, I was pretty sure this was automatic but I just wanted to clarify.  Also we have designated a root bridge, but thanks again for the heads up!
