Post the complete output to the command "sh version".
You might want to consider upgrading the IOS. It's old.

these logs because I was using etherchannel debugging for troubleshooting!

The output to the "sh logs" didn't help.
My only recommendation is to upgrade the IOS.

Which one you recommend ?
Thanks,

Well, you have two 10 Gbps line cards and there have been several known bugs involving high CPU due to SLCP process (CSCur96442, CSCun45870, CSCuv89092, CSCsz52301).
Currently, I'm using 15.4(1)SY1.
04-21-2017 03:37 AM
I have IOS ipbase what if I use ipservice or any ios is not ipbase? Is it problem?
04-21-2017 04:50 AM
You must use the same feature set.
04-20-2017 03:07 AM
But the Switch 1 is OK no failure issue!
04-20-2017 08:34 AM
Minor Errors can be caused by temperature issues (what does "show environment alarm" output?).
Also, look for "F" (Failed) test results in "show diagnostic result module 5".

Maybe your SUP hit this bug: https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCub30570 (also marked as correct answer here: https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11874466/sup2t-what-function-nvram-battery )...
I also found this (as Leo said, your IOS is quite old - it may be worth trying a newer one): https://quickview.cloudapps.cisco.com/quickview/bug/CSCuc07269
