We have hunt pilot which is forwarded to voicemail in no answer case. In CUC I have created Call Handler for hunt pilot. We did personal recording for greeting by phone. I play greeting from CUC, but when we call to hunt pilot to listen greeting it plays default greeting. I don't have any idea what could be a problem. Because there is not much configuration to change and test.
I have found the problem. There was Weekends schedules. After chaging it to All Hours, I heard personal greetings.
