Hello,
I am designing a UC proposal with the BE6K and a requirement is that it must have an interface where you can see all endpoints or users with the information of his line status or internal number, if the user is talking it should notice that its ocupied and who is talking to, if is not you can see hes available. I could not find an exact information that if the solution has this feature, thas it have it? is it a native feature? i can get it with another license?.

Cisco has an offering called Cisco Unified Attendant Console.

There are also third party companies that provide this functionality. I have used the VistaPoint Attendant Console from iqNetSolutions and have been happy with the product.

Hi Brandon,
What about the administration of the Unified Attendand Console, the network administrator has his admin user an can monitorize the aplicación and the actions of the console users?

The method of administration depends on the attendant console version. The standard version is a stand-alone application and administration is done from with CUCM admin. The advanced version has a server component which has a web-based console for administration.
