We having problem with Cisco Telepresence SX20 has spam calls issue.
Cisco telepresence unit is behind the firewall router, NAT 1:1 has been configured.
I don't need to receive any incoming calls, therefore I recently activated DND to "on" and timeout to "0" at conference section on admin portal, and also activated DND to "on" Cisco touch panel. However, when someone switched on/off of the DND on touch panel, the admin portal DND timeout will automatic changed to "1440".
We can educate users not do any change on DND setting on touch panel, However, we seeking the best way to permanently activate the DND.
