I am searching cisco Nexus switch which Throughput must be 3.4 Tbps Minimum or Higher also rack mountable 1 or 2 U size.

Please help me for finding this type of switch

No there not below your requirement its in the link I posted there's 1 there thats supporting 3.6TB throughput , there's probably others if you look through the individual links for each platform

I would think you need to aim maybe for 9ks , this link you can see what they all support in throughput as example form below , you may struggle to find a 1 or 2 u that supports that though , I see 93s are just under it

2.rack mountable 1U or 2U size.

9000 series Throughput below from my requirement.

Your requirement is not clear. Do you need this switch for a data center or campus environment? If it is data center than the 9300 maybe sufficient but we still don't know how many ports (copper or fiber) you need. If it is for campus, than you also may want to look at the 6800 series with VSS.
