Can't share or see desktop on ONE of my webex accounts

Hello,

I have two webex accounts- one on GEIC.Webex.com and one on emeetings.webex.com

On my work Mac, on the emeetings account, I can't share my desktop, see other people's desktop, or see any chats that go through.  It does work on my ipad and my mac at home.  My work Mac works fine on my geic.webex account.  Any ideas?  I have tried uninstalling all things Cisco from my mac, remove plug ins in chrome, restart.  After downloading again, its the same problem.
