WLC 5508, issues with captive portal

Hi,

I have a WLC 5508 and sometimes doesnt work, I introduce the user and password and the option "submit" not respond, even if I put a username that not exists, the captive portal not respond. It seems to be a problem between the communication of the portal with the database.

This issue happened since a ios upgrade of versión 7.6.130.0 to 8.3.102.0.

I hope that someone can help me.

maybe this troubleshooting guide can help.

Looks like you deliver the webauth (captive portal) page from your WLC.

Client redirection works fine, because you get the captive portal page.

Where is your user DB located ? external DB e.g. Radius server...

Maybe you could also have a client problem e.g. could you reproduce with more clients and browser types ?

Version 8.3 is very new, just look for bugs.
