Not directly - you would have to modify it to account for the different interface names. (By default 5510 does not have any Gigabit Ethernet interfaces, Security Plus license converts 2 Fast Ethernet interfaces to Gigabit)

Software version and licensing (if using any non-default licensed features like HA, AnyConnect SSL VPN, contexts, etc.) would also need to match. You would need to have any files (like ASDM binary, AnyConnect images etc.) and certificates' private keys on the 5510 as well.
