Transfer call while another incoming call is on line 2 (Cisco SPA525G2)

Hi all, 

I have a Cisco SPA525G2 with 2 lines configured at Line Keys.

My question is: Is it possible to transfer the active call while i have another incoming call on Line 2? I don't have the Transfer or BlindXfer button at the Softkeys, only have the option when only have 1 incoming call. 

Any way to put the Transfer button on the Softkeys?

AFAIK, not possible with the existing design.

And you know any way to put the second call in waiting automatically?

Hi Eric,

So normally you can achieve busy with "Busy trigger" value on DN page, but that is specific to line not phone.

So not possible across line on one phone.
