Create Persistent Cisco Jabber Chat room

Hi all,

We are running sort of HyperCare support and I want create a Jabber persistent chat room so that whoever gets an issue can login to that Group chat by clicking on some URL or something like that. (instead of they reaching to us and we invite them to the chat).If

If we have this option of creating ongoing chat room then please guide me.

You can simply create a chat room and name it. These chat room will be automatically shown in " all rooms" tab under jabber. They can join the room by themselves until and unless the room is not a restricted one. You can simply name the chat room as "SUPPORT ROOM" which they can join and address their issue.
