Unable to launch device manager from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Hello,

M name is Bernard and I would like to request some assistance with an ASA 5505 which is giving me the error "unable to launch device manager from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx(x represents the IP address of the ASA) when I launch the ASDM application.I'm not sure how to solve this. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Bernard,

have you checked that there are no management interface access lists on the ASA that could block http(s) access to your ASA from certain IP addresses? what about telnet and or SSH? can you access those from the same machine?

and "route print -4" from the workstation you need access
