Dear All,
I am unable to view licenses usage in ELM. It says ELM is operating in demo mode.
I would like to know how many licenses are remaining, so that I could plan accordingly.

Hi Syed,
You are seeing the license usage of IP phones which u have added in Call Manager and same is in DEMO .
You can see "Installed" figures in attached snapshot as 0
Did u ever generate the licenses on your own or got from licensing@cisco.com and uploaded in ELM?
If not, u need to do that .Once done, Demo will disappear.

I do not find any "Product Instance" created in ELM. Can u create and upload the new lic file?

@JB: I have restarted ELM but no luck.
For your information ELM is not used so far.

Hi Syed,
You need to create a Product Instance first in ELM and do the synchronisation.

Aman,
As guided, I have added product instance.
But I am still see the operating in demo mode warning.
Also, under license usage status shows demo, what does that mean?
I am not able to make out how many licenses are remaining to use.
It shows unused minus (-).. See attached image.
Could you help me understand this, please?

There are no License Installed in CUCM.
LogIn in CUCM and Check Under Services> Licensing Menu for Usage.

i have added 250 phones yesterday.

So, until new license is not uploaded I cannot find the remaining licenses info?
There must be provision for this, isn't there?

Licensing team should always have that information with them, send an email to licensing@cisco.com to get the details.
