Deauthen when wifi device roaming with Cisco APs

Hi all,

I met roaming deauthentication issue (Reason code 16) when wifi device roaming with Cisco APs.

My wifi device does not support CCX feature, so will this be the reason for raoming failure issue?

(BTW my wifi device works well under roaming environment with other APs like Linksys)

log:

MACEVENT: DEAUTH_IND, MAC 70:f9:6d:c9:64:70, reason 16

I have seen a similar issue.

Can you please share WLC version and AP models you are using ?

Do you have lightweight or standalone APs?
The configuration of WLANs on the APs must be exactly the same. Double check the configuration and make sure it is exactly the same among all your neighbor APs.
