If a customer has microwave sites that do not have a physical address, can Cisco use Latitude and Longitude coordinates? If not, are there any ideas you may have around this issue ?
What specific fields in the SNTC Portal are you referring to for these values? All location information that displays in the portal either pulls from SNMP Location pulled from the device or from Cisco records based on the shipping information correlated to the serial number. Please elaborate.
