Amir, I am a Cisco Engineer from the Small Business department.

Based on the admin guide the maximum access points per cluster are 8 APs. If you are exceeding this and is working what can be happening is that when an endpoint is disconnected it is giving that space to the other cluster.

I do not recommend you to continue working with this topology because at some point you can be facing disconnection issues.
