Hi,
I'm facing an issue with video call from Cisco 8845 to Polycom VVX 1500. It doesn't work. But I have Cisco 8945 also and the video call is work on 8945 to Polycom VVX 1500. For 8845, video call only works to Cisco 8845 and Cisco 8945. But the strange thing is that when I made a video call to Polycom VVX 1500 from Cisco 8845, Polycom can received the incoming video from Cisco 8845 but Cisco 8845 doesn't. It's like a one way video call issue. Polycom is using SIP and registered to CUCM. My CUCM version is 10.5.2.14900-16. I tried to do a packet capture on both Cisco 8845 and Cisco 8945, compare the captured logs but all the logs are the same. So, I'm wondering what could be the issue, Cisco or Polycom. Can anybody advise me what to do to fix that issue? Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
Aung Sint.

what does the video between the Polycom and the 8945 established as (bandwidth)?
and is the Polycom in the same Devicepool as the 8945 and 8845?
can you post the SIP traces for the successful call, so we can see what the SIP SDP contains? and also the traces of a call with an 8845

Hi Dennis,
The bandwidth is set to auto, and I tried to change to various bandwidth settings on the 8845 but still same thing. And Polycom is in the same Device Pool as the 8845 and 8945. I've attached the Wireshark packet capture files for both 8845 and 8945. Thanks.
