HI,

I have CUCM 10.5 on my network. In IP Phone corporate directory when user search output, the output shows "Last name, First Name".

Can it be changed to "First name, Last Name"? Also can the search options be modified to contain other search parameters like Alias, contains and not just Begin with.

Regards

The corporate directory is provided as is, if you want to add fields to search, show more info, etc. You need to build your own directory, or buy a 3rd party option.

Thanks i appreciate your quick response. I will stick to the running Directory so i don't complicate my architecture.

Hi,

Happy to help

Just a side note, It also requires Developer contact for troubleshooting as TAC would only support CUCM Corporate Director, if you switch to 3rd party XML directory solution it is not supported by TAC.
