Hello,

My name is Kristian and I am one of the engineers from the Small Business team.

Please consult with this guide to ensure you have configured GVRP properly.

I can also suggest to check if you are running the latest firmware and boot code for these 2 switches and upgrade if necessary.

You can also provide the logs from the switches in case there is any relevant output so we can give more suggestions.

If this doesn't solve your issue I suggest giving us a call so we can assist further.

Hope that helps!

Kris
