Unity port rejected

Dear All,


strange behaviour happen in my Unity connection.

i have 2 call manager with 2 unity connection.

already integrate between cucm and unity using sccp.

i create 1 port group and 20 port in unity connection. i divided this 20 port, 10 using my unity pub, 10 using my unity sub.

everything went well, but suddenly, about a month ago, my 10 port in unity pub are not register in cucm.

if i change that port using sub, then it can register. but if i change back to pub, it can register, rejected.


Your help would be appreciated.

In your port group configuration on Unity do you have proper order of CUCM servers matching the CUCM group configuration order as defined in Device Pool used by the voicemail ports?
