Cisco Jabber Plugin Web Link Cert. Error

Hi,

I embedded two plugin on Cisco Jabber Windows Client. Previously, the two plugin links can display normally. One is http and the second link is https. After we changed the CA cert from 2017 to 2027 on expired date, the https link showed the cert. error. Even I updated the CUCM SAN certs and tomcat on IMP server signed by the new CA (2027), the cert. not trust still happen. And the second link of web site signed on the same new CA, it still not work. Any idea?

Chi,

can you check your windows machine;s certificate store (run>Certmgr.msc) and see if the new CA cert is added into the Trusted Root Certification Authorities folder of it. If not manually import it and retry.

Yes, I checked the windows server trusted on the new CA already.
