EMCC - Login issue

Hi Team

EMCC users unable to login after rebuilding a Subscriber. that particular server is primary server for EMCC. All services are up and running fine. Do i need to export that certification and import in visiting cluster. Please help.

As per my understanding the Bulk Export cert step consolidates all PKCS12 files in the SFTP server to form a single file, so if one of the server has been reinstalled or added then you should perform the certificate related tasks again as per the following

Thanks Manish for your quick response.

I have rebuild server in home cluster, in this condition I need export all certificate from home & visiting cluster then consolidate both and import only in visiting cluster. Hope no action required from Home cluster.
