Cisco Meeting Server 2000

I've been looking at the Cisco Meeting Server 2000 which is now in CCW under CTI-CMS-2K-BUN-K9 and have some questions about this.

Is there more technical info on how this setup works?
There are 2 disks shipped for 8 servers, how will the CMS instances boot? From a network location? What are the 2 HDDs for then?
The CMS server is said to act as a single CMS instance. Is this true? Is this a CMS feature or is this accomplished via the UCS Manager?
When one already has UCS environment can this technology be used there too?
What is use of the UCS Port Expander Card? Is increasing 20Gbps to 40Gbps really needed for CMS use? Even when using the full capacity it is an extreme amount of bandwidth per call.

Would love to know more!

Also, the CMS 2000 does not need VMware. Can I install the CMS native on a regular UCS server too? :-)

Since CMS 2000 is just now becoming orderable, and no documentation has been released yet, there isn't much known regarding the specifics of the hardware and it's configuration.  Suggset you contact your Account Manager or TAC, they can help provide specifics regarding the CMS 2000.  Also, the CMS 2000 is the only CMS that is UCS based that doesn't require VMware because it's a baremetal install, other UCS installations are virtual and require VMware or Hyper-V.
