Hi folks,
Have deployed CUCM 11.5 in cluster. Am experiencing a problem of dropped call between CIPC 8.6.6 and 7841 IP Phone.
This is 1st time am facing problem. Can someone please suggest me a solution.

It also says about the bug. This is fixed in CUCM 11.5.

Also, am facing this issue on LAN network. Both phones are on same access switch but on different VLAN.

Hi All,
the cause of the issue in my scenario was due to a CIPC was registered under 2 active directory profiles of different users from same system. This was causing the randomly call disconnection between CIPC's and Hardphones.
