Hi oj.jordan,
Which version of iOS are you running on the Iphone?
Is this only happening to this phone?
Do you have a .xml profile on the ASA?

In response to your query, the responses are as follows:
(1) Version of IOS:
-- 10.3.2 (14F89) for iPhone 5S
(2) It is only happening to my iPhone 5S. It works fine on my wife's iPhone 7+, and it works fine on my iPad Air, which is running version 10.2 (14C92).
(3) There is an XML profile on the ASA, which is why the ASA works with my wife's iPhone 7+ and my iPad Air.
