Cisco Call Recording

just wondering if someone can guide me in right direction----currently, my call center environment is-CM 9/UCCX9/AQM9. We have been using SPAN for recording calls and all is well. Now, I need to have call recording enable for 5 or 6 phones but these are non call center phones in same building. They would like to have selective call recording so they choose which calls to record....any suggestions? Thanks
