Can't see authentication log for a client on ISE, just Autorization log (Resolved)

Hi

I have a MAC client which authenticate using EAP-TLS with a client cert. Clients connect very quickly to the SSID.

But I can't see the authentication log on the ISE, just Authorization log without any information, saying authorised successfully.

I wanted to see all the authentication details for the client, like username, OU, method, policy etc.

I have tried deleting endpoint from the ISE, removing the client from WLC, reinstalling Wi-Fi profile in MacBook, trying to disable wifi for some time, still no luck. Tried to generate the report of ISE for the authentiation summary, still no authentication logs.

Any suggestions why can't I see authentication log?

Hi

Just for other having same issue, my issue got fixed after resetting the MNT database on Primary Monitoring Node.
