we are using Jabber 11.8.1 for Mac on macOS 10.10.5 and 10.12.5 with Plantronics Headsets C520.
a few weeks ago we upgraded all our Jabber Clients from 11.5.x to 11.8.1. Since this upgrade a lot of our users are complaining that they cant hear people when receiving a call, that the other end cant hear them. they have to check the input and output sources many times, and even if Planctronics is set as input/output device in the settings, it doesnt work. you have to change to any other source and then back to Plantronics.
this did not happen with Jabber 11.5.
anybody seen something like this as well?
