i receive this kind of log.. as attached in txt file and my neighbor node is down.. will anyone help it out..

Hello,
your BGP session and neighbors are down. Who is user 'epnmnmsuser' ? This user logged on yesterday at 22:10PM, and shortly thereafter, the session went down. Can you check if that user made any changes to the configuration ?

This user is logged on only for backup purpose...

it is guesswork. How does your backup process work ? The outage could also have been initiated by your provider, can you check with them as well ?

Yeah....
Outage was generated...
And its simple done with server..
So no any other possibilites of make changes.. its schedual backup.. automatically..
