UCCX supervisor desktop showing agents login times incorrectly

We have uccx version 8.5 and our cisco supervisor desktops applications are showing agent login time as 00:19:24 such as military time like its past midnight.  Seems to be like stats did not reset last night. I rebooted the server and that still did not work. Any suggestions please, also the server time is correct and the agent desktop call history times are correct except for the cisco supervisor desktop under agent team summary?

Please restart following services, can be done in Production hours as well:

Cisco Desktop Call Chat service

Cisco Desktop Recording and Statistics service
