Hello,

At my company we have a Router RV215W and it's connected to our internal server but also to our web server.

Through our website you can purchase directly and therefore, you can see the stock available for each product.

The problem with the router is that as a "defense", it blocks the connection of the web server because it is "asking" the information about the stock on our server continously (I guess it recognizes it as a DoS attack or something like that) so I checked on the firewall settings that the DoS protection is turned off, so that's not the problem.

The thing is that the router blocks the connection to the web server and we have to manually rebooting the router to pick it up again, so basically when we are not working (like durning the night or the weekends) we can't reboot it and the clients can't purchase through our site.

I would really apreciate if someone could help us solving this.
