Hello,
I got an issue with finesse with one of our customer.
UCCX Ver : 10.5
No changes done on the Network or in the UCCX server component but when the agent put the finesse to Ready to Not ready or vice versa they get an error "Cannot communicate with the server".
It happens quite often and for all the agents using finesse.
We have restarted the UCCX server but still issue persist. I checked the logs but couldn't find anything relevant.
Can anyone help me on the same.

This most of the times is connectivity issue, can you run utils diagnose test on the server and make sure that DNS resolution along with other required components are running fine or not. Also if it is Ha over WAN please make sure that you have both the UCCX servers pointing to their local CTI/CM server.

did you have a chance to resolve this issue. please share how you fixed this as i have the same problem with 11.6 but i dont see any issues with network.
