Can anyone help me with the below points i am facing in my organization .
- The name is not appearing when any one is calling and this feature is already activated from Service Provider.
- Call center management & recording applications.
- When any one is calling and the number is busy he stays in the waiting and the system doesn't switch him to the free lines.
- Switching the number to a mobile phone or a landline according to the region or any setup or features you suggest (Cisco Jabber or "service provider" Hunting).
- Changing or adding a new voice messages to our call center system according to our needs.
what steps shall i follow to achieve above points.
I have this problem too.
