That would be a question for you Account Manager, they can give you a timeline if there is one available, since nothing has been publicly said at the moment.  Virtual TelePresence Server is still being sold for those that wish not to deploy Cisco Meeting Server yet due to feature gaps between the two products, however TelePresence Server software isn't being developed any more, and is in maintenance mode with bug fixes and security patches only.
