Our CUCM cluster (11.5(SU2)) is running in mixed-mode. The SIP trunk to MediaSense (11.5(SU1)) is a standard non-secure trunk. The phone to be recorded (using its BiB) is set to use a non-secure Device Security Profile. Yet call recording is not working. Looking at the CUCM logs, I can see:

|AppInfo  |SIPCdpc(1) - handleCcSetupReqBeforePolicyAndCAC: rejecting call request - enforceSRTP is set and trunk is non-secure or MTP is required on the trunk

I tried setting the SIP trunk to MediaSense to be a secure SIP trunk (Just Encryption selected), but then the SIP trunk never comes into service.

The release note for MediaSense 11.5(SU1) indicate that it supports Secure SIP & SRTP, but I can't see anywhere where if I have to change any settings.

Can anyone help me?
