C20 register rejected on CUCM 10.5

Hi Guys,

My Customer configured the C20 on CUCM 10.5 (was configured who Cisco Telepresence Profile 42 (C20)) and the Codec not is registering. Appear the message register rejected. I checked the MAC and It´s.

What are another parameters in CUCM side is need to verify?

Could You help me, please.

Check whether DN on the Line 1 is associated to the profile, also send us a snapshot a the Device Profile from CUCM for this device?

Thanks a lot for Your contact. In the first time the Customer had configured as Cisco TelePresence Profile 42 (C20) then the Customer configured as Cisco TelePresence Quick Set C20 and the device is registered now. I am searching documentation that explain what is the difference between them. In the moment the Customer is to do testing. I will informed to You later if the is Ok or no.

The codecs might be the same between the the two systems, but codecs have different product keys that identify them as different systems, one identifies itself as a Profile 42 and the other a Quick Set 20.
