How to get synchroniztion on dual E1 port module

Hi! We have voice gateway ISR2821 with dual E1 port module and two PRI from  different ISPs connected. It is configured as below:

clock timezone GMT 3 0
network-clock-participate wic 0

controller E1 0/0/0
 pri-group timeslots 1-31 service mgcp
!
controller E1 0/0/1
 pri-group timeslots 1-31 service mgcp

The first controller works good and the second one have Slip errors. How to synchronize both?
