We have recently begun the roll out of our corporate Jabber mobile app initiative on handheld wireless devices. Everything has been going smoothly thus far on both iPhone and Android devices.
I had a complaint today regarding the recent calls list on an employees personal device, (iPhone). Calls she's making in Jabber are collecting on her physical device under her recent calls list. Are calls made from Jabber supposed to collect in both Jabber and on her own personal device?
