SG200-18 does not respond and loses VLAN config

Hi,

We have an SG200-18 which randomly stops responding and the connected users does not have access to internet.

Among the 18 Ports, 16 Ports are configured for internet (internet VLAN) and 2 ports are configured for Video (Video VLAN).

Now, when the switch does not respond, the only way to get it back is giving it a power cycle. However, upon resuming, all ports are defaulted to Internet VLAN, including the 2 ports which are configured for Video VLAN.

This happens on every reboot. I have saved the running config to startup config every time but his does not seem to work.

The switch is running firmware version 1.3.5.58 and boot version 1.3.5.06.

Any ideas what could be causing this and how to sort this please?

Thanks

Good Afternoon,

You need to upgrade the firmware to the last version 1.4.7.06 becuase the problem that you are having may be because of that, the versions that you will need to upgrade before you can reach the lastest one are 1.4.1.03 and 1.4.7.06

Regards.
