Cisco wlc 2504

Hi, I jhave a wlc 2504. I am trying to configure through the gui configurator: i Save the configuration but When i try to Connect with the new IP i cannot: i have tryed to use cli configuraton but i cannot log in with the new ip...seem that not Save correct the new configuration. I use mozilla e Windows 7 to configure the Device. Must i upgrade the firmware? Best regards

Can you post "show interface detailed management" from WLC and "show run interface x/x" from your switch this WLC connect (x/x is interface connect to wlc)

To see if any firmware upgrade required post "show sysinfo" output from WLC as well
