Hi, 

could you please let us now what is the error (The query Domino_LDAP.accept failed with result inquiry timed out)?? for ESA c670 

and how this can be corrected?

Hi,

The above error is typically due the appliance not being able to connect to you LDAP environment. 

Try to telnet to the LDAP host from the CLI to confirm there are not network connection (i.e. telnet <ip of server> port)

Details about the LDAP server configured can be viewed from the GUI under System Administration -> LDAP.
