1. Please advice as to where on Cisco Unified CM Administration or Cisco Unified Serviceability does it point to raw data
2. Need to re-enable the CDR output on the CISCO CM Switch.
3. We use aspivia as our third vendor to collect data but data does not get sftpd to them. PLEASE ASSIST!!!

Exactly what "raw data" are you asking about??
CDR is enabled in the service parameters
Have you configured that device as a billing server?

Hi,
As Jaime mentioned, make sure you have selected "CDR Enabled Flag" Service Parameter to "True" under Cisco Unified CM Administration >> System >> Service Parameters. This parameter determines whether call detail records (CDRs) are generated.
In order to push CDR raw data from CUCM to billing server, you need to configure "Billing Application Server Parameters" under Cisco Unified Serviceability >> Tools >> CDR Management. Make sure you have correct Username, Password, Protocol and Billing Server IP Address.
