I am interested in a solution that provide management and scheduling of videoconference H.323/IP that include about 100 participants. This solution should provide an integration with Microsoft Exchange to notify the users about the conference scheduled. The project I in charge is comprised about 120 group systems and 200 solutions desktop. The management should be able to nanage the participants, create password to the conference, manage the cascading because the project include three "clusters" of MCUs located in three distincts regions of the network in the cores.

I intend to use the MCU 3540.

So I would like know If anyone could give me some recomendations about what does software I should use?

My company Magicsoft is an AVVID partner with Cisco. If you contact your Cisco rerpesentative and ask them about VC Wizard scheduling with Cisco they can give you information on our product. We provide scheduling and control for the 3510 and 3540. This is a new relationship so you Cisco representative may not be familiar with it. You can also contact me directly at skibler@magicsoft.com and I can help you direct.
