Problems with IVR/AA

IVR and CCM 3.0.8 are installed on the same MCS and when I configured AA it doesn`t provide voice prompts, according trace log information the prompt files format is unsupported audio format for my system...

Suggestions are _very_ welcome

Did you customize the welcome and mainmenu prompts for your AA?

If so, you need to make sure that when you saved them that they are in Windows .wav format, 8000Hz, 8-bit Mono, CCITT u-law format.

If they aren't you will see the above errors. See http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/voice/sw_ap_to/ip_auto/aaadm02.htm

If you haven't customized the files then let us know.

hey wassup,

I tried to install IP-IVR in Cisco CallManager 3.0(6) and 3.0(8), follow steps which Cisco supply on website, and i couldnt make IP_AA or IVR work. I didnt change "welcome Prompt".

The thing is that there is no example for AA or IVR how it work after installing in Cisco Website.

I was wondering that is it IP_AA or IP_IVR working or not??????
