Please remove the TSP following the documented uninstall process. Use this information only to verify it was removed completely. This information is for Unity 2.4.6 with TSP 1.0.0.32.

Files to look for on the drive: (assuming it was installed in the default directory.)
c:\program files\active voice\AvCiscoTsp\
AvCiscoTsp_MC.dll
Device.adtg
DeviceNumPlanMap.adtg
SkinnyWizard.exe
c:\winnt\system32\
AvAudio32.dll
AvSilenceMonitor.dll
AvSkinny.tsp
SelsiusNTWave.dll
c:\winnt\system32\drivers\
AvAudio.sys
Plus the registry hives under:
HKLM\Software\Active Voice\AvSkinny\
and
HKLM\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc\Cisco TSP\
There are also some system registry entries that are changed in the process of adding the tsp and wave driver, but these are not created by the tsp, only modified by the tsp. So it's not as easy to tell by looking at them if the tsp is installed or not.
