Dear all,

We are testing CCM 3.0.9 with eService 2.1 (previously IVRs 2.02). When we try to do the following:

1. phoneA make a call to the IVR Route point, and is answered by the one of the IVR route port.

2. After doing some menu selection, the call is redirected to the operator

3. the call is answered by the operator and the conversation is finished.

when I try to search the cdr, I find that the cdr for the ivr is missing (i.e. phoneA -> IVR) . only a cdr for the redirect part is available (IVR -> operator). Not sure if this is a bug??

I did a little checking and couldn’t find anything using the bug search tools on Cisco’s site. Have you talked to them about it yet?
