Can anyone point me to a good reference site for stting up VPN's. I have 30 Sites running 803's on a mixture of peer to peers and client servers setups. These are used solely for internet provision and the maximum number of machines on each site is 15-20.

I need to be able to administer the servers from my LAN - is VPN the way forward for me - I need a good starting point

Thanks in advance for your help.

You could put an IPSEC image on all your 803’s and tunnel to each other but I don’t know if that’s a big enough router to handle the load. If you are just looking at encrypting your administration traffic, it should be fine. You can also terminate your vpn’s at most firewalls. The PIX 506 would be good for this in your environment. You should find this URL useful http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/so/neso/vpn/vpne/vpn21_rg.htm
