Static in messages

There is a great deal of "static", more like distortion if the signal is too loud, but it appears in recorded name, recorded message, from off-site building connected via T-1 or in house (where the server is located). This was not a problem with uOne, so I am not sure if anything changed that I am not aware of.<br><br>One site has Selsius Phones, on site has 7910/7960 phones, both conencted back to us via T-1 lines. The call manager and Unity boxes are all centralized back here. Calls made phone to phone between buildings are fine. Any idea or setting I can check to clear this up?
