Are there tools available to manage Ciscos wireless LANs?

Yes, from what I understand the Cisco Aironet access point ships with Web based software tools that can be used to configure and manage the wireless LAN.

You can also use Cisco Works and suplement that with a WLAN sniffer, Network Assoc. or Wildpackets.

Is there any way to get an AIR-PCM350 into promiscuous mode? And a very related question - what chipset does it use? I think the 340 uses the Prisim2 and the 350 is in the same series and I think the same driver works but it doesn't seem like the Prism utilities work with it.
